个人及工作简历

1986年和1991年分别获得5822yh银河国际物理电子学专业学士学位和硕士学位,其后留校从事高分辨率彩色显示管的研究工作,1997年赴日本庆应大学学习并于2002年获电气工程博士学位。2001年5月至2004年8月在日本从事图像测量、检测以及锥状X光束CT系统的研究与开发工作。2004年9月起任5822yh银河国际教授,从事平板显示器件与技术、金刚石半导体材料与器件等方面的教学与科研工作。

曾获机械电子工业部科技进步三等奖(1992)、电子行业国家“八五”科技攻关先进个人(1996)、陕西省科技进步一等奖(1996)。在国内外重要刊物发表学术论文50余篇,获授权中国发明专利10项。

科研项目

主持人国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金、原总装备部技术基础研究项目、省部级科研及横向合作等科研项目16项,参加国家级项目多项。

目前在研科研项目主要有:

(1)纳米缝隙场发射真空晶体管结构与特性研究(国家自然基金,主持);

(2)金刚石半导体n型高效掺杂微波等离子体CVD的研制(国家自然科学基金重大科学仪器研制项目,参加);
