研究领域(方向)
主要研究兴趣包括:盐敏感高血压的差异蛋白质组学与代谢组学;肾性高血压代谢的建模与计算;盐敏感高血压的药物靶标筛选以及诊断试剂盒开发;生物质谱分析技术。近年主要围绕盐敏感高血压大鼠肾脏代谢特征展开相关蛋白质组学、代谢组学研究,详细探讨了盐敏感高血压疾病进展过程中,肾脏代谢的规律性。部分研究结果发表在《cell reports》《Hypertension》《Genome research》《Nucleic Acids Research》《Am J Physiol Renal Physiol》等学术期刊上。
个人及工作简历
田中民教授,博士生导师。1991年毕业于西北大学生物系;2000年,西北大学生物系获硕士学位;2004年5822yh银河国际生物医学工程系获博士学位;2006-2008美国威斯康星医学院,生理系博士后研究工作;2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划;2009年美国威斯康星医学院生理系访问学者。2010年5822yh银河国际生命科学与技术学院教授。
